Our team at Playhouse Performance offers strength and weight training programs that will work in connection with our speed and agility training.

In the sports world today, strength and weight training has become such an essential part of an athlete’s training regimen and has proven to only maximize the output of an athlete’s performance while also reducing the risk of injury.

Strength and weight training also increases power and power is the product of muscle force and movement speed. The combination of strength training and specific skill work has a positive influence on both of these parameters. 

The recipe is simple: The resistance strength training must be progressive, and the speed and agility skill work must be identical to what is expected in competition. When both components are working in concert, the result is a highly efficient, explosive athlete.

We don’t just build the skills to FLY past the competition. We build the HOUSE to power through the competition too!
