Individual Training


Our individual training sessions are tailored to each athlete’s specific needs for their improved athletic development. The foundation to field sports and most sports overall, is running! Too many times coaches and teams will focus on teaching how to throw, hit, tackle, kick but the expectations is that each athlete knows how to run. Sadly, this is not the case and even today many adult athletes still do not know how to really run from a technical aspect.

We set the foundation with our individual training programs by methodically teaching each athlete the true form of running and just how important posture, body position, arm swing, angles and ground contact really is to get you moving forward down the field with as much velocity as possible. We strengthen your running foundation so that you can then improve your mobility through our targeted sessions and properly sprint into maximizing additional movements and skills used in sports such as lateral movement, footwork and vertical.

There is no “I” in “Team” but there is an “I” in “Win” and our work in these programs will build up each individual athlete to help their team WIN. 

Lateral movement and explosiveness is, without exception, utilized in  every sport. FSA delivers intricate focus and targeted workouts that will have our athletes moving laterally with explosive speed and stability.

Slow feet don’t eat! Fast first steps are needed for basketball players trying to make a move to get to the basket, softball players trying to lay the bunt and get on the run to first base, or that soccer player trying to get the first step past the defender in order to receive a through pass. Ok, you get the point! Quick feet and fluid footwork are needed for athletes to excel. FSA offers creativity and a variety of  drills that will have your feet eating up the competition. 

The roof! The roof! The roof is on fire! So jump through it! Sports require you to be able to jump off the ground as much as they require you to move quick on the ground. FSA specializes in providing athletes with the ability to get sky high (Don’t worry, we will show you how to land back on earth safely). We will provide the routines that will have our athletes jumping on to anyone’s radar.
